Deaf Reach was invited to SZABIST for their event “Sound of Abilities” with the aim to bridge the communication gap between the Deaf and Hearing community by raising awareness among the youth. The event featured a Deaf sensitization and awareness session and fundamental sign language training. The students not only actively engaged in learning sign language but left with a thought-provoking question – as the leaders of tomorrow, how can they ensure an inclusive future?
Such events serve as fantastic opportunities to inspire young students and encourage them to play their role in building a more compassionate society.
